When we opened our first outlet, we made a decision that seemed small at the time but shaped everything since: we'd rather drive an extra 40 minutes to a farm in Kulai than order from a faceless regional distributor.
That choice means our vegetables are usually harvested within 48 hours of reaching your bowl, which shows up in flavour more than any seasoning could. It also means we can trace exactly where our produce comes from — something we're happy to talk about at the counter any time you ask.
It's not the cheapest way to run a kitchen. But 85% locally-sourced ingredients is a number we're proud of, and one we intend to keep growing.
